1. Corporate Identity & Platform Ownership

This online platform and the brand name Lupis Photography are operated for commercial purposes under legal business registration in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. All trade operations, digital booking collections, and commercial invoices issued through integrated payment gateways (including Razorpay, Getepay, etc.) are handled transparently under compliant financial regulations.

2. Service Classification & Transaction Validity

  • All monetary transactions executed on this website for photography, videography, or media post-production tiers represent a secured digital booking advance/voucher.

  • These transactions do not constitute an immediate sale of over-the-counter retail goods. The advance deposit strictly legally binds our technical camera crew, elite crew resources, and studio calendar slots to your designated date and geographic location.

3. Intellectual Property & Artistic Copyright Notice

  • Primary Ownership: In accordance with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, all artistic works, raw footage, cinematic trailers, digital photographs, and creative layouts captured or produced on-site by our team remain the primary intellectual property of Lupis Photography.

  • Client Usage License: Upon full clearance of the project balance, clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for personal display, social media publication, and private printing. Commercial exploitation, reselling, or leasing of these assets to third-party entities without explicit written contract from us is strictly prohibited.

4. Consumer Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

  • Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or dispute via a credit card provider, banking channel, or fintech platform post the formal execution of an on-site assignment or post-production layout design phase will be treated as a breach of contract.

  • We preserve robust internal digital tracking logs, time-stamped transaction receipts, and signed communication logs. These assets will be legally submitted to merchant risk-assessment cells and legal arbitrations to fully enforce balance recoveries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lupis Photography deploys top-tier industrial gear and duplicate backup storage systems. However, in extreme and unforeseen events of absolute force majeure—including but not limited to equipment catastrophic theft, natural acts of God, severe medical incapacitation of the core crew, or digital storage hardware failures—our total financial liability is strictly limited to the exact refund of the advance booking amount received. We hold no liability for secondary or emotional damages.

6. Statutory Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal actions, notices, statutory consumer court representations, or corporate disputes arising out of operations on this platform shall be subject exclusively to the territorial jurisdiction of the local courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
