Refund policy

Welcome to Lupis Photography. We are committed to delivering world-class visual artistry. Because our business models include both date-specific professional on-site services and customized physical products (such as heirloom photo albums and printed frames), our return and refund policy is structured below:

1. Photography & Videography Service Bookings

  • Advance Deposits: To lock an event date on our corporate calendar, a secure booking advance (40% to 50% depending on the package) is collected.

  • Cancellation Windows:

    • If a client cancels the scheduled booking more than 21 days prior to the event date, 50% of the booking advance will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.

    • If a cancellation request is made within 21 days of the scheduled event, the booking advance is strictly non-refundable, as our crew and team resources are fully reserved, resulting in turned-down opportunities.

  • Post-Execution: Once on-site shooting or production services have commenced or completed, the service is deemed fully rendered, and no refunds can be claimed.

2. Customized Physical Products (Art Albums, Frames & Prints)

  • No Returns on Custom Goods: Products like Classic Matte Albums, Royal Acrylic Glass Albums, and Custom Printed Frames are made-to-order using your personal files and specific design approvals. Consequently, these items are exempt from standard returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your custom album or framed print arrives damaged, warped, or defective due to transit, we will replace it free of charge.

    • To report transit damage, please email us at our registered business email within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage.

    • Upon verification, a brand-new replacement piece will be manufactured and shipped to you at no extra cost.

3. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • All approved refunds for qualifying cancellations or service adjustments will be automatically processed back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days from the date the cancellation request is officially accepted.
