Welcome to Lupis Photography. We offer a mix of premium digital booking services and high-end customized physical products (such as Custom Art Albums and Framed Prints). Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your orders are processed and fulfilled.

1. Digital Service Bookings (Photography & Videography)

  • No Physical Shipping Required: For all shooting packages (Wedding, Portrait, Commercial, Event, etc.), the transaction on this platform represents a Digital Booking Voucher to officially secure your dates on our studio calendar.

  • Delivery Method: No physical parcels are shipped to your address at the time of checkout. Digital booking invoices and confirmation details are dispatched instantly to your registered email address.

  • Asset Provisioning: Post-event, all raw review drafts and final masterfully edited high-resolution images/videos are delivered digitally via secure, password-protected private cloud or Google Drive servers.

2. Customized Physical Products (Art Albums & Frames)

  • Processing & Design Timeline: Products like our Classic Matte Album, Royal Acrylic Glass Album, and Bespoke Velvet Box Suite are fully customized. Once you upload your raw images to our secure drive, our senior editors take 5 to 7 working days to craft the layout narrative.

  • Production & Printing: Upon receiving your formal digital approval on the layout design and clearance of the milestone balance, production and binding take 4 to 5 working days.

  • Domestic Transit Timeline: Once manufactured, the physical product is dispatched through premium national express courier partners (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, or India Post). Delivery generally takes 4 to 7 working days depending on your pin code across India.

  • Total Estimated Turnaround: Expect your custom physical album or frame to reach your doorstep within 14 to 18 working days from the date of your final design layout approval.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Digital Orders: Absolute ₹0.00 (Free) shipping charges apply to all standalone digital booking services.

  • Physical Products: Standard domestic shipping inside India is completely Free for our luxury album suites. Any applicable regional entry taxes or octave charges (if applied by state regulations during transit) are handled transparently at dispatch.

4. Order Tracking & Transit Damage

  • Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your custom physical album or frame is handed over to our logistics partner, an automated email/SMS containing your tracking ID and courier link will be sent to you.

  • Transit Insurance: All physical products are safely cushioned and shipped under secure transit coverage. If an item arrives damaged, please document an unboxing video and report it within 48 hours to our helpdesk for a free replacement.
