Welcome to Lupis Photography. This website and its integrated services are operated by Lupis Photography. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lupis Photography. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a digital booking voucher or custom product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

1. General Conditions & Service Classification

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Our website lists premium professional photography services, digital media production, and customized physical heirloom products (Albums/Frames).

  • Any booking transaction completed on this website acts as a secured digital booking voucher to officially lock our team, studio space, or camera crew for your specific dates.

2. Modifications to Prices and Services

  • Prices for our packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Portfolios, Commercial, and Custom Products) are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service tier or product specification without liability to any client.

3. Booking Advances & Payment Milestones

  • To finalize any booking, a mandatory upfront institutional advance (40% to 50% depending on the service profile) must be cleared via our integrated payment gateway.

  • The remaining balance payment must be fully cleared on-site on the final day of the scheduled assignment or immediately upon digital layout layout approval (in case of custom albums), prior to final physical production or final high-resolution cloud dispatch.

4. Digital Delivery & Copyright Ownership

  • Digital Access: All raw and final edited assets are delivered securely over cloud networks (Google Drive/Secure Private Servers). No physical shipment is required for standalone shooting services.

  • Copyright & Usage: Lupis Photography retains the primary artistic copyright over all captured visual media. Clients are granted a lifelong, royalty-free personal usage license to share, print, and display their media. For commercial projects, specific commercial media licenses are provisioned upon balance clearance.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you on-site or digital services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of transactions on this platform shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
